ELIGIBILITY FOR TRAINING - MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fundamentals of Earthmoving: Must have completed minimum Grade 10

  • Mobile Crane Class 1:  Completed Grade 10 (minimum) with Grade 10 Academic Math or Math at Work (minimum) 

IF COMPLETED GRADE 12, please provide the following, based on the course you are applying for (Copy Only):

  • Earth Moving Applicants - Final High School Transcript OR GED Transcript of Marks

  • Mobile Crane Applicants - Final high school transcript of marks / GED Transcript of Marks

If you did not GRADUATE or complete high school, you must be out of high school for a minimum of 1 year & provide THE fOLLOWING:

  • Resume

  • Final high school transcript - Must indicate final grade level completed and date…OR...CAAT Results (Level C or D) Must indicate equivalent grade level achieved

DEFINITIONS: 

High School Transcript - Copy of final marks and last grade completed in high school - available at your former high school or from the corresponding Centre for Education formerly known as your Regional School Board     

CAAT Level C or D (Canadian Adult Achievement Test):  must indicate the required grade level achieved for the course you are applying for i.e., if applying for Fundamentals of Earth Moving, your CAAT Test results must indicate at least the minimum course requirement of grade 10.
